Partnership with Actemium

An extremely successful trade fair attendance at the world forum for chemical engineering and process industries in June this year – the Achema in Frankfurt – paved the road for the now sealed partnership between Actemium Controlmatic GmbH and Augmensys GmbH.

At that show, we brought one of the great visions of Industry 4.0/IoT to life together, and had a wide audience of visitors to witness and experience it for the very first time: mobile support of industrial operations directly in the plant with the help of Augmented Reality, on regular mobile devices as well as hands-free in cooperation with the American company Daqri.

In addition to such innovative scenarios as displayed on the fair, the partnership clearly pursues the aim of providing beneficial mobile applications for joint customers already today. The broad process and service expertise of Actemium, the industrial sector of the VINCI Energies Group, combined with the technology of Augmensys will form a unique offering to the market and constitute the solid fundament of a successful cooperation.
