Digital Wallpaper

MaTaP shows you a mobile and digital Turnaround and/or a Commissioning Wallpaper.

Using a turnaround wallpaper can help ensure a smooth execution of a planned shutdown or other projects by providing clear information and instructions to all stakeholders involved.

A commissioning wallpaper provides a plain and concise overview of the commissioning process, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed and documented properly.

Work packages and checklisits are the core of a Turnaround or Commissioning Wallpaper. Work packages and their responsibilities can be defined.

Therefore internal and external personell is perfectly briefed for a fast work excecution.

Created documents and work packages can be sorted and are filterable by user, company, component, priority, and shifts.

MaTaP also offers various role functions for task editing and viewing.

Layouts | Plans

MaTaP shows all relevant plant layouts and component plans.

Therefore a safe and efficient workflow is ensured for everyone.

Scope Changes

If additional work (scope change) is found during the excecution, an extra work order can be created.

Once the scope change is technically and financially approved, it can be excecuted.

The new work order will appear automatically in the Wallpaper. Thus your planning remains flexible and clear.

Punch Points

The Punch Points system allows to create, manage, and track punch points associated with work orders or activities/operations. Punch Points are issues or items that require attention, resolution, or approval.

Photos can be added for quicker problem resolution.

Communication

You can conveniently access contact information over MaTaP.

The integrated comment function facilitates efficient communication between day and night shifts.

Reporting

MaTaP offers the possibility to keep track of your project progress with s-curves.

The budget, e.g. wage or material costs are also easily traceable.

Safety Instructions

MaTaP shows you daily HSE Documents.

You’ll get information about safety precautions and policies that need to be observed during the turnaround to prevent accidents.
